Hey guys,

Just bought myself a 1998 FXDL and want a Clymer Manual, found heaps O/S but cant find anything local.  Does anyone know anywhere in Australia that stocks service manuals? Otherwise I'll just stick to Amazon.

I would recommend trying to get a genuine HD manual, I have seen some incorrect info in a clymer manual. It gave the wrong oil capacity for the primary drive. If this was wrong it would always have me wondering what else is wrong.

That said I used to use them years ago on my dirt bikes with no dramas but who knows...

 I needed the manual for my Ultra Classic, just to keep up on the maintenance and to learn more about fixing and changing things. After following the advice of a few guys here I bought the proper Harley manual through Harley Heaven, ordered on the Monday, delivered on Friday. So much information in these manuals, I personally think you are wasting money buying any other brand of manual. $70 well spent.
