Held in the small town of Paruna, 30k`south of Loxton in South Australia at the Brownswell Football Complex the Oasis Rally is a great weekend for the whole family with proceeds from the event going to the Childhood Cancer Association (s.a). Friday nite bench session where old friends meet and bullshite the nite away Saturday bike show gymkhana and other rally events. Sounds good. hope someone puts it up here again next year. 06 and I rode up to Berri to check out the Auto Expo which was ok, but not a big turn out. Some may have left before we got there at around lunchtime. Sunday I was at Palmer Hot Rod street party. Awesome ! heaps of cars on display and there were heaps that rode their bikes up to have a look. (we drove the car. Boring.) Didn't see one cop all day. Hope everyone else had a great weekend. I'll make sure the Oasis is on the agenda next year. I'm connected with ACR so info is easy to come by. We went into Loxton on Saturday morning and there were still heaps, well some anyway, hotrods heading in the direction of Berri so I reckon it may have been a good one.
