People who don't believe in helmets don't have much to lose.

One must ask 'Why The Fuck , tempting death , cheap face massage , is that in Oz , a few piss driblin' cattle trucks , flock of galahs or bee stings to the mellon would make him think twice about covering up a bit ? Seen a fella screamin like a mutha fucka being held down in hospital by 4 people while a doctor 'scrubbed the gravel outa the road rash that covered his whole back years ago , one road slide was enough for me to remember to wear the jacket when riding !
No wonder we now have sheiks claiming their relidgeon as a right not to wear a helmet when riding , today on Sydney radio , they reckon their turbans are safe enough ?
Trying to bring the Indian road rules here now or using relidgeon in an attempt to dodge the Aussie road rules that we all have to abide by ?
One rule for all I say , ya don't like it , fuck off back to where ya can get away with riding with ya turban , or design a aussie approved helmet that looks like a turban , its just like the new paki? born Aussie spin bowler , he will accept the sponsors money but can't associate himself with an alcohol patch on his shirt as its against his relidgeon , WTF , think he may have picked the wrong sport or country for that matter , if he can't be seen to associate with alcohol , forfeit the patch and forfeit the pay to charity , do it all in the name of ya relidgeon , too easy ?
It's not like Rastas can legally smoke their Ganga Weed here relidgeously , so why bend for this , it's against my belief or relidgeon bullshit , do they think that we would get away with that sorta shit , imposing our views in the countries they flee , haven't we as a society tolerated enough fuckin' tolerance ?

    Fair Dinkum !
Anyway I wonder if boy racer has scrapped all the bug goo from his tonsils yet ?

    Yeah + 1 alright ?
Couldn't give a fuck how old he seems to be ?
Free , nothing's for free , especially in this country this day and age , could always be worse right ?
But anyway sorry for posting , i respect your opinions and rights to do as ya wish , thought over the years that was what this forum was all about , thought opinions were like arseholes and we all had one , musta thought wrong , I'll just consider now that I have just been told right , no problem at all , more power to ya's people , freedoms , my bad ?
Forgot that being 18 was now a ticket to do as one pleases and gain respect for it by posting it on the www , fuck all the rules right , like we all haven't riden without a helmet or taken a few things to their limits too , but maybe one shoulda done it half naked and filmed it so they could post it on the www and say now would ya look at me go , but then again who am I to knock anybody right , we all make poor choices ?
Why did he back off for , thought he coulda pushed the envelope a little further right , bike seemed to have more in it than that hey , maybe someone else will , either way it won't be me ?

Gee I've become such a Do Gooda over the years , fuck me hey ?

Crazy without a full face helmet

Lame ride he should have done 300ks plus I would have been impressed, also would have been bad if his distorted face stayed like that.

Personally I don't give a rat’s razoo if he wants to play Kamikaze, what concerns me is the innocents he may have injured or kill when doing his little He Man stunt, just don't call me to clean up the mess when he comes off........

so would it have been "he'd da Mannn" if he was wearing all the gear?

we had a thread ,"how fast have you gone" were it was encouraged to brag.
I agree this guy was not to clever with the actions but in perspective, he sped up to the "declared" speed then slowed straight down again

Weren't no 150 MPH that's for sure. Have been at almost that speed and the wind buffeting is phenomenal.

I think he's crazy, I probably wouldn't ride at that speed on most roads (even if my bike could do it), and definitely not with out eye protection, but I would happily ride around these here hills without a helmet if it was legal. I hate that it's not.

Hey all good fellas , suppose the world would be a boring place if everyone held the same views or voiced opinion , then there is the context in which others read or perceive it , anyway what a rush it would have been hey , regardless of any risk or actual level of skill involved , no one seemed to get hurt and as someone said , young bloke twistin the wrist and having some fun and despite ones opinion who is anyone to judge really , sux getting older and our changing world restricting youthful exuberance highlighting such antics even more , at least he seemed to choose the time and place well I guess ?
Reckon he coulda tucked in and sqeazed a bit more outa it hey , probably saving it for his next record breaking clip ?
    Cheers

I think it is funny how everyone wants to be able to do what they want and be left alone to do it, then when someone else does what they want, everyone wants to criticize them for it. Remember when we had no real speed limit, only 35MPH in built up areas, no helmets, no seatbelts, we all winged and bitched about it said how it was taking away our freedom. Yeah I ride with leathers and a helmet with the 5 ticks and all that crap, but it is by choice, and yes I do it for my own protection and think it is foolish not to wear it. but I also remember that when it was not compulsory to wear it, I didn't, and I too was just as foolish. The bikes back then were also not really capable of reaching 100MPH without a lot of work done to the motor. So for me, yeah it is foolish, but at the same time I am not going to bag him for doing just what he wants to do, after all he is still free enough to do what we cannot do even if we wanted it. I know my heart is still young and I am probably too old to allow myself to do it. Yeah I am old enough to remember the speed limit in town was 35MPH, and at the end of town, the sign simply said, "End speed limit" and I loved it.
