ok sounds like you got it all covered. now get it done and post up the pics. lots of guys have asked about building twin disc fronts but can't recall to many actually doing it. good luck with it.

go in to the nearest shop with a few used bikes for sale and take out your small tape measure and measure through the wheel guard mount to guard mount. When you find which bikes are correct or so close then you can choose the style from that model. may have to get a mount adapter made up to lower or raise it but that should be no problem.
