Ok I have another question.....
I was lubing my chain as in the other post and noticed this rubber guide is starting to have chain rub marks in it.
Is it normal? My chain has about 3-4cms of play and I have never tightened one before and only noticed this today.
Can I still ride at the poker run or is it something I should get onto asap?
PS The photo is the chain BEFORE the clean and lube so don't pay out on me for it being dirty!
Thats normal Jo. Only need to change the rubber wear pad when its nearly through to the swing arm. Chain slack should roughly be about an inch of travel midway along the chain at the bottom when your sitting on the bike.
