i am not big on artistry mongrel but i must admit the bike looks allright. can you put up some pics of the finished article? i know a photo wont do it justice but it would be good to see it anyway. how much has the project cost if thats not too cheeky?

I will get some pics up later - but I have to say - in the sun, Candy is impossible to photo.

The painter is in Sydney near Campbeltown, and is bloody good at what he does.

Wow! That blue jumps out at you. If you say the photo doesn't do it justice, then I can't imagine how good it must look in the flesh.

Mongrel, do you know if they can do a red version of that paint? And could you envisage a two tone scheme (with white) like the heritage softail scheme a few years back?

DARKE - Yeah man - They can do it in any colour! Basically they start with a metallic silver base, and the lay coats of Candy over the top until the desired colour is achieved. I will post some pics now to show you what I mean about hard to photo.

Here ya go!  You can see as the sun hits it in the photo, it looks like its been sanded or something!  LOL!!

Great pics Mongrel, Maybe, just maybe one day I'll get round to doing something with my tins, maybe like buy a second hand set and play around with them, at least that way I still have the originals.
