G'day Hoges, Who cares if you had a 12" wheel or a 21" wheel. Someone pulled a youi on you and it admitted it was it's fault. It is insured so all the cost go against it"s insurance so why is your insurer being difficult? Tell them to do there job and go to as you disclosed your wheels to them in the first place and they accepted the mods. You have identified the at fault driver. Thats all they need.

Gotta treat every driver like he/she is retarded, I have crashed three times over the years I've been on bikes and every time because of the stupidity of car drivers, I DO NOT tell my mother as she has lost one son from a bike accident. My brother was killed by a car in the wrong! when I'm in hospital crying over pics of my smashed bike I tell mum Im on holiday in NSW or whatever.

Yeah bloody insurers hey , good onya Wimbo , my bingle was 4yr ago now and when it comes down to it pretty material , though i dont think i could hit n run on someone meself , but anyway i now got me a roadie , thoughts are with ya's hey , cheers mate !
Hope they come to the party for ya Hoges and have it sorted ASAP , though anyone would think that you were the one that u-turned in front of someone hey , them going to such lengths on a relatively new ride as replacing the frame , 3 months plus to repair ya pride n joy and questioning ya mag , like ya could have avoided the hit ?
