I have bought some Drag Specialties pull back risers for my FatBob but they are supplied without clamps.

The instructions suggest using the original ones off the bike but mine have the bolt holes in line and the DS ones are offset.  

So my question is, what Harley has 1 1/4" bars and offset bolts on the clamp/clamps?
