I decided to take the Fatboy out to WSID Wednesday night as a couple of mates where going out for a run.

Best I done was 13.01 not bad I suppose bike just has pipes, airfilter and tuner. Wasn't really killing it off the start didn't want to hurt the clutch. A mate or a mate took his 110 CVO and only managed a 12.6.

Going to take it out once I do the cams ect see how it goes then.

Anyone else raced there bike post up numbers and mods.

imo 13.01 is not too bad for a stock HD . I used to go WSID on my stock busa , 10's was about it for me. I can't be fucked thrashing my HD at the drag strip so don't bother going now days. Their are some quick HD's around in top bike doing 6 seconds or so , that's super quick for a HD .

A mate of mine rides a top fuel bike (having a rest this season though) and I reckon over the years(20 or more) he would own half of Sydney with the money they have spent lol

I just went out as a few mates were going and 1 of them wanted to race me for pinkslips which I wish I would have I would own he VE SS now hahahah. . I have raced all my bikes (sports bikes) best a 10.2 on my K8 GSXR1000.

Was good fun I wasn't really killing it only revving it to around 4800 and pretty soft launches. There was a guy there on an old shovel doing low 11's. will be interested to see how it goes after I do comp and cams ect.

They are running bike only nights as of Oct on the 2nd Thursday of the month we should all go out for some fun.

I must be getting old . My times with speed were in mph . Power = trap speed , so can work like dyno .

hey . i'am 57  & still  the fastest street harley out there  for a while now i think  , my wife said to the younger guy's how 's the older fellow  is showing 'em up a bit ,  maybe the younder bloke's need to loose a few klg's,,   i will list the street bike's so far that i've been on

    in 1996,    883 c.c. 1994 model sporster ,   12.025 sec @ 105 or 6 mph  ,  2 into 1  stock cams  /  she was a roaring sporties road racer  , the old twinsports 883 screaming  eagle

in 97 on 1200 twinsport sportster road  race bike  stock modified 1200 c.c. cv carb etc as per the race reg's ,    11.4 sec e.t. @ 117 mph

also race  2 seperate  dyna's but  can't remember the exact the number's ,

2003 model dyna 124 c.i, S&S  lowered  with clip-on's etc treaded rear tyre  no wheelie / sissy bars,  rbracing 2 into 1 pipe etc ,  =   9.961 sec e,t, @ 136. somethink mph,   bike did run faster than this  but was not proper recorded could of been 9.7  e.t.  ,  beautifull bike ,       this bike is for sale ,     can somebody buy her  & let me race her  thank's

    2009   dyna 103 c.i. s/e heads  s/e 260 cam  50 m.m. t/body ran her for 1 1/2 season's  in the s/e bracket racing  c/o  fraser  motorcycles shop bike   best time ,=   11.007 sec e.t. @ 122 mph , very well behaved bike  great streeter

2010/11  dyna 113 c.i.  same as above but a 113 c.i. bike  but with a 58 s/eagle t/body  both of these bike had stock modified exhuast system that i had  modified  best time 10.6 sec e.t. @ 126/7 mph

2012 BMW rr1000s , fuck ,  never rode her before , stock muffler /stock bike  met in the pit's  straight on  no worries, =  10.4 sec  e.t. @ 148 mph     that's  with the computer on too slick mode the engine has 4 mode's ,  wet ,   road , race , slick's   but i still left the traction control switch on  as stop's the bike from going over 23 deg's wheel stand  full throttle , this model will go faster with the computer in off mode , but i did not know the bike @ all , magic bike but very uncomfortable ,   slick electric gear shift just hold the throttle flat open & hit the gear lever  ,         too fast for the street

    2012   dyna w/glide 113 c.i. s/eagle  58m.m. t/body , 267 s/e cam ,also on stock modified exh system ,     i went over the cnc ported heads & up the comp ratio , 135 hp on  dyno   1st pass never rode her before           = 10.3 or 4 sec e.t.  @ 129 mph  also a Fraser motorcycle's bike  on stock tyre's     great bike

2012/3 dyna w/glide 120R  s/e race pistons, rx cam 58m.m.t/body  etc  i also went over these cnc ported heads  & set up the comp ratio ,  otherwise same as above  best time is always good , 10.225 sec e.t. @  145 mph  best  ever ,, thank's   fraser m/cycle's

    mates dyna 1999 model 95 c.i.  2 into 1 pipe , heads etc 42 m,m, flatslide mic carb nice street  stock / custom  11.1 sec e.t  @ 119 mph

Daddyracer56 there pretty good times , nice work !

I took a VROD for a run today for the first time , mildly worked , hammers down low and is a revie motor , would be a lot of fun at the drags on one imo.
