Fabbing up some new bars

     Started tonight after work, making some beefy 32" wide  T Bars,

    7" high Y risers 

    1-3/4" diameter for the main bar 

    They'll be powdered satin black

    will post some pics in a few days

    Hi all...Good luck with it Daggs.Im assuming your a boilermaker ? Keeping them nice and straight after welding will take some thought.

    How about some pictures of the process ?......

    Hi all...Well done Daggs.You mite want to check that the front brake assembly fits properly,My bars have a flat spot for the master cylinder.

    Cheers guys, they turned out how I wanted. Very comfy, very sturdy, much better feel when going for it and only cost me the price of powdercoating.

    Also there is no others out there exactly the same.
