    H All !!

Probadly been asked and spoken about a million times already but I just put 11" progressive shocks on my 06 superglide and although its smooth as silk and feels great to ride it scrapes my pipes on corners and has bottomed out on the belt guard once from a pothole. I am 95kg and am wondering if I can go any lower than the 13" standard without running into trouble riding both alone and with a pillion?? As we all know low looks and feels good but I wont trade decent handling for it. Also these shocks are now for sale as I have the rough as guts originals back on the bike for the time being.

Once again any feedback is greatly appreciated!!

    Cheers

    Gringo

Had major problems with 10.5" shocks on my Dyna, so much so the engine needed rebuilding due to it bottoming and putting a hole in the sump and a dodgy oil sensor so I put on some touring air socks from a Street Glide (12") and they worked a treat. Could adjust them with the pump for both solo or two-up riding. Plus you can pick them up cheap. Bolted straight on, I just had to find a home for the air valve.

Mine was a 2000 model Dyna, not sure if your shock studs are the same for them to just bolt on.

Anything below 11.5" u need to modify guard to stop it hitting on caliper and belt guard as per the Progressive website
