I changed the cable of the sert dongle from serial port  to usb but then I can not program my ecm the error is bootloader is not loading quitting contact your HD dealer is my ecm need changing? any help will be appreciated please

Thanks Scotty I did that but now theres a new error it says the ecm does not allow programming contact your HD dealer. any thought? i tried to disalarmed by entering code hoping it might reset the ecm by doing that. but it doesnt

I borrowed friend cd 477 loaded in tried and the error is the same now your ecm doesnt accept programming contact HD i tried recovery 1 and 2 but still the same looks like i'll be looking for some spending but this time not in mods but some waste thanks scotty if we can get that tech CD from the dealer and share it to all everyone will be happy it might be some just reseting then the dealer will charge you a lot
