Hey All,
So i'll be picking up my brand new 2013 Fatbob in a few weeks and I'm planning on putting saddlebags on it.
I use the shit outta the saddlebags I have installed on my little Hyosung and was just hoping some of you guys could shed some light on what you guys have found to be the best saddlebags.
Are you guys able to give any reviews/pictures/advice on saddlebags suitable to use with a Fatbob?
I use the detachable sissy bar with rack attached . Throw a gearsack bag over back rest when needed . My 2c worth .
These are from Edge Xtreme Sports (the States)
yes these can be detached similar to the pillion rest and rack and are locked in place with a key. You nee to order the Edge mounting brackets with the bags
good luck
are they the EDGE STD size model 110?
They look fantastic. Mind asking how much llanded great looking bob btw
Gents
this link (if it works) will take you to the brackets, and from memory mine are the Model 110_Standard Bags (71/2 inch)

I got the same ( Edge) but bought from a Young guy from Gosford NSW. He imports quite a lot of stuff, and is good to deal with try him, I saved around $180. compared with importing or buying in Oz elsewhere Austsales Direct 0405 247 408 ( Matt ). I got onto him originally when buying a jacket & a leather Vest a few years ago. http://stores.ebay.com.au/AUSTSALES-DIRECT/Bags-Brackets-/_i.html?_fsub=6&_sid=75593750&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322 ( might have to copy & paste )

i got the detachable harley ones on my bob, fucken excellent but as Rodders said not cheap
Donster, was the indicator relocation kit needed for these? I have an '08 Bob.
No indicator relocation required. that is also one of the reasons I went this way because everything fits up nice without any mods
I used Easy Brackets. Simple, lockable, detachable and can attach pretty much any bag to the bracket. Good quality and no need for any ugly hardware to be left on your bike when the bags are off.
