Just got home from a great ride down to Brooklyn pub for a Resch's and noticed the Oil pump cover has a crack in it.

Its heading down and across from that outer Allen worm screw on top, (if that makes any sense). Not pouring out, just a small leak.

Wiped it and not leaking, I suppose under pressure it will.

Weld or replace? If it can be replace hehe.

On Sydneys North Shore if there is someone that can do the job up there.

    Thanks in Advance.

not too hard to do replace the outer cover  with a new gasket if you need to replace the cover , pull out the grub  screw that one could just be for the pri chain oiler,  older  style  clean & put some sealent on the thread , try  when with the motor running

    Your Right Daddyracer57.
Its the primary Chain oiler and from what I can see its plugged off.
Do you think it can be still ridden till I get another cover.Hopefully, might be able to score one tomorrow.
Got another bike so its no big deal.
You know me, I like to ride hehe.

if its a screw thread allen head pressure plug .pull it out & look with a light  , i would not ride her if it is cracked  ,   that runs off the engine feed side of the pump & if there is a crack & it opens up  then the motor will starve of oil & you will have oil on the back tyre , that could be very intetresting around corner's
