Steve, have taken the front tyre up to 40psi and went for a ride this arve. Mate, totally different bike. Still going to do the front end though. Thanks to all for the advice given, all taken on 

good to hear mate, its amazing what a difference pressures can do and by doing the front end up it will only get better.
