I like the idea but haven't seen enough of them around to say yes or no, still considering boards as well.
There are a few with apes in the  "fatbob pic's"  thread from memory

 Check out superoo's machine. 16" apes on his. It's the best mod I've seen on a fat bob. Should of come that way from the factory!

Easy to handle and really suits the bike IMO

I also went for a single fatboy headlight

Love the look of of the 16s on the fatbob but had em on me last harley (street bob) and found em a little uncomfortable on the longer trips
so has sort of turned me off putting em on the fatbob.

Only got short ass arms though, the bigger blokes seem to love em.

I got the headlight off ebay after searching for fat boy headlight. The HD version was pretty expensive. Dont think the standard twin headlight looks good with apes.
Im 6'6" so the apes suit really well. I did heaps of research and these seem to be the easiest solution

Love the bag on the battery casing superroo. Did you buy it or make it?
