HI Guys, I am purchasing a 2012 night rod special this week and it has vance and hines black widow mufflers on it. I am going to get rid of them and install the 2 into 1 system straight away but can someone clarify something for me.

Is there such a thing as a 2 into 1 competition exhaust or 2 onto 1 competition Indy series exhaust. If there is a difference can someone give me the difference between them. and is $1000 a fair price for it.

I believe the comp indy is same as the indy but without baffle. No doubt someone will chime in if I'm incorrect.
Have you looked into the 'Ground Pounder' from Fitzgerald Motorsport?

Be careful, I have v&h competition 2 into 1 with a quiet baffle on my 2012 F muscle. Got pulled up by coppers and now have to show up at motor registry to have pipe tested for loudness.

Who knows ! maybe it will pass the test, but all in all getting sick of coppers singling out harleys.If it doesn"t pass I may be up for another exhaust system.More money.

Thanks for the advice .I will fit the stock pipes back on before getting checked. Only problem is I have a supertuner SE Pro. Will the stock exhaust make it run like crap ?

Just putt your bike in for the inspection and on your way home and the tune shouldn't matter too much.
