Definitely off the return list Keith! Unlike greenhills, grass valley and hotel Beverly of the last few rides.

I'll have to have a look at that thread Doc, I've been using the "publocation" website being Tasmanian and lacking local knowledge.

Ended up having an overpriced, very average steak sanga at the Halfway House in North Bannister.

The Cuballing tavern looks like a goer Trent

Been to Wandering plenty of times on bikes, no issues at all out there. Had a great steak n chips last time too.
You boys stick to the latte stops I think.

i still reckon the steak sanga i had at quindanning is pretty hard to beat. especially if you go all hoity & get the turkish bread. great feed.

been doing the "operation steaksandwich" for quite some time now, metro and country. best so far was at boyanup.

Inch thick grain fed whole fillet grilled to perfection, covered with grilled and seasoned onions, sliced beetroot, fresh lettuce, juicey tomatoe, spicey red sauce, held together with toasted oversize goldfields thick bread slices, plenty of fine ground black pepper and salt. Served with hot Bad Boy Chips.

Be prepared for the best youv'e ever had,,, at The Grand Hotel Kookynie.
