A couple of mates were stopped at the airport in Melbourne from going to the USA for Sturgis. Both went to the US Embessy no answer. One phoned his local member to find out WTF and was told he was on the FBI list and no entry would be granted to the land of the free.  Wiz

They stopped them at the airport in Melbourne?

I'd always assumed that if you were denied entry you got stopped at the destination country (the US in this case) and couldn't get through customs and they put you on a plane and sent you back to your destination.

I was stopped and pulled aside by Customs at LA airport, they took me to their office and held me for an hour asking me questions about myself and the forms I filled in for the online visa application. Anyway after all the crap of saying they can deport me, he was being a bit heavy and trying to push his weight, I found out that I hadnt ticked the box correctly which is why I was singled out. Makes you not want to go the USA such a stupid thing and makes you feel like a criminal when your not. They should concentrate on the real crims not just a person who wants to visit their country for a holiday.

Over in the states now, they do also run checks on the ESTA forms on the address's you fill in, also you can get flagged when you cross the threshold of the amount of cash you are carrying. All part of the game ! Hate the game not the players. Off to Vegas in the morning then on up to Sturgis for Monday. Cheers !

Its not been a problem for me getting in , But EVERY WHERE i've been , i get pulled over to the side or took in another room , searched asked questions bla, bla, bla , This has happenned in Manchester , London about 6 times , spain ,greece , new zealand , and the states . every time i've travelled abroad , and when i come home .

Anyway when in the states lat year , we got talking to this couple from Washington , who were in New Orleans (fantastic place ) for a holiday . I was jokingly tellling this guy that every time i went near a airport , you could bet your life its gonna be ,, can you just come into this room sir ,, i was saying its got past being funny ,

He responded by telling me , get it checked your name will be down on a international security register , and it won't stop , i asked him how he new that , his answer was, he was actually a FBI agent and he worked in that part of security , he said somewhere in the world , someone with the same name has been a bit naughty , and there will be travellers all over the world suffering because of it , if they have the same or similar details .

I've never bothered , enquiring about it , but suppose it makes sence , next year me and the missis are going on a world tour so i suppose , i better get ready for some long delays ha ha

I was stopped on the 5th August coming back into Aust, i have to tick the box for previous criminal history evertime i come in and have been in and out at least 10 times but for some strange reason grabbed me for about 10min. Usual time wasting silly questions that they already know the answers for then tell me i am free to go but must continue to tick the criminal history box! Fuck me, welcome home!

Went to Hong Kong, London, France, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary with 5 other people, at every country we visited, my girl friend had her bags checked to the point we made a joke of it and put her in different positions between us, and she was every time the only one pulled to the side and checked.
She had never been out of Australia until that time. It must be some one with a similar name up to no good. We all thought it couldn't be a coincidence.

This is sad to hear being an American in yalls country. Their really f**king stupid at home and its showing. If your Mexican or even now a Jihad piece of crap you can come over(under the fence) and be treated like royalty. Theres even water stations in the middle of BFE Texas for them. Its sad to hear people with their stuff inline turned away when they let others in an they stay past there time and they lost track of them and dont persue them. I just seen the numbers on this recently and hate to tell you the wrong number but its thousands. I thank yalls government for letting me be here for my time but now i see why it cost what it cost for my bike to get here!

The ESTA visa was on the computer, if you never had it you would not have boarded your flight.

We are going to San Diago on Sunday maybe Mexico Tuesday or Wednesday,
Arrived last Sunday, 4 nights in L.A.
Now in San Fransisco, just got back from watching the home Giants beat the Pardre's at AT&T stadium.

This driving in the US is getting easier as I go

We saw nobody get any hassle, in fact, at customs, the guys their tried every thing to get people through by the flight number, pulling people from the queues and putting them to the front, including moving us tourists to the US citizens area.

they asked the normal where you are staying, how long, how much CASH you are carrying and any foods

    after getting luggage

the next stop at was similar questions, I never saw anyone even opening a bag to check

i did hear "no bomb in the bag" jokes, they frown at them

the chemist we got the drink cheap was a  Rite Aid

we are in San Diago now
