My name is Chrs i am a long time forum lingerer and thought i had better finally join up.
I rode years ago but after an accident that wrote my bike off (super sport) i cooled off on riding... until now.
I am in the process of getting my licence back and am considering a HD.

It was quite a few years ago and your right, it did really fuck with my head. Still cringe when i think about it.
The worst thing is i am still not completely sure what happened.
I think a combination of speed, a deep pothole and a stong gust of wind contributed.
To this day i think the bike might have had an alignment issue also but whats in the past is in the past. No point blaming something else.
Just looking forward to getting back on and the big decision, which HD?

Welcome mate - good to hear your getting back in the saddle.
Which one? They are all good - head to a dealer and start sitting on them to get a feel, then organise a few test rides.
