Anyone using these on their fatty , got the originals with the bolt lowering kit on mine now and I want something with a better ride quality ????

Removing the lowering kit bolts will improve the ride quality IMHO. I didn't think fitting progressives would
Improve softail handling much as we still have the inferior shock setup underneath the bike

Put these on my 2011 Fatty and lifted it back to standard height, it has improved the ride and handling in hard twisty riding where before now and then it would

bottom out hard with the missus on the back.

 

 

ok thanks , I only ride solo just want a better ride , these may be the way to go

Hi all...Ive got the Progressive RAP on my Fatboy Low.Althought they are a much better shock than the standard shocks.The Progressive RAP on my bike are just falling apart.They clunk like hell on bumps and the Remote adjuster has seized.Ive sent emails to Progressive with no response.Im out of warrantee with them now so im fucked.
