  I've done a tendon in my elbow and riding anything more than about an hour is fucking agony. I'm thinking about putting the stock bars on to see how they go? All is not greener my friend.
  
  Saturday is shit for me but Sunday I might be tempted out...

  another good ride had yesterday. bit fucking chilly over the hill but steak burger a few beers in front of the fire at grass valley made it worth it. scotty & nick, good to catch up with you both.
  
  make sure if your keen ya join us on the next one. few beers, few laughs and some good riding to be had.

  great few hours out, was great to mark a few more roads off the map. we need to find out when that pole at the grass valley tavern gets danced on for next time ha ha

  Was that you guys passing me? I went to the Spencers Brook tavern, only to find the sign that they opened 3-9pm mon to Sat. So ended up having a steak sanga at the imperial in york. Then I saw the bike friendly pub next to it. Ah well, one of these days I'll get to join ya.
