    Hi to everyone. Great to see a local and Aussie based forum that hopefully adresses some harley issues and discussions relevant to our great country.

    Just ordered my 08 FXSTC and should be here Bunbury(WA) early Otober(grins). Cant wait!!!!! Been 18mnths since my last ride.

    Nice to see some good postings already on here. Hope to chat with you all at some time.

    not getting much time on the pc lately but I'll try  be on at least three times a week.

    yeah they have tbeen ok so far to deal with....Hows ur neew scoot running mate?

    Ive heard heaps about the 08's running too hot coz theyre lean from the factory?

    Have u done any mods?....Paul reckons he will still cover wearranty with pipes A/C and PC111 but i reckon i might go with a thundermax which means puttn it on myself....

    Whats you thoughts?

    4got to ask you...Ive neva had a new bike b4 and was wondering what the break in procedure is for the new motor??

    Welcome Gav, and congrats on the new baby.

    As far as run in, ride it normal. Don't go racing around or giving it too much WOT until after the first service.

    THe boys at the dealer will give you some good info during handover, but it just comes back to a bit of common sense.( which isnt usually so common........)
