the 4  pushrods are off yes ?

 i don't know how you got the cover off in the 1st place without pulling the rocker's  & pushrods off 1st,    you can damage the inner cam bushing's buy putting extra load on them esp the one's that are up on the cam ramp , , do you have a manual or somebody that can help you, are you in Sydney ?

Tricky by name, tricky by nature hey. lol Its good to see some people asking questions and not getting made fun of, so i will go first.............Nah only kidding. You will get there.

 the manual is your friend  even if you have too go over it a few time's ,   you can ask on here no worries , you will have too take the rocker boxes off  pull the push rods out  if you can take the cam followers out then rotate the engine foward  by the back wheel in the air in  top gear,   check timing marks ,  check & refit cam cover , do not mix up the pushrods  as the 2 inner inlet's  are shorter than the 2 exh's

don't look in the manual for installation of cam cover, go back to the removal section and start there.
Where are you located ? you mention M&W for the manual. I'm on north side bris happy to give you a hand.
