they look good. I thought they were much longer.
There are 2 different baffles for them so maybe don't need to be VERY loud.
And from the USA guys on a big motor 10hp seems normal difference, all builders I have spoken to over say get the Zilla

Not the pipe I wanted but can't get that and the zilla was strongly recommended

Thanks for the pics and info guys.

I've sold 2 sets of these mate 1 guy have'nt heard from but 2nd guy was wrapped,
(asked for pics/vid for the site but have'nt recvd as yet).

Tossing up whether to get for my own 110' Fatbob but now thinking maybe D&D Bobcat
as nobody has tried (other than Sporties) and would like to do something different/guinea pig myself! lol
+ should be very high/good lean anlge on BobCat.

Quite a few have tried them and are happy with them...JJ makes no secret of the M & M similarities...Maybe a pm to them would have been in order...

fair enough mate. I am building a 124 and the zilla is about the only on the shelf pipe with descent sized and steped headers

    Zilla, stepped headers? Hmmmm!!

I know their catalogue says stepped, but mine is not stepped in the way I believe "stepped" should/could be.

As far as I can see headers are 1 7/8" start to finish, that is where they blend from 2-1. Now, reading DnD web site they state different od's from the blend point on.

So stepped header? Not so sure.

But , performance is second to none, regardless of my ramblings.

    2012-2013 Harley-Davidson
    Dyna motorcycles
    D&D 2 into 1 Boarzilla Exhaust pipe.
2:1 Boarzilla is a stepped header system
at the head is 1 7/8" to 2" at collector
and 2 1/2" where the muffler goes to the header.
All Boarzillas full systems are equipped with
heat shields, exhaust gaskets, bolt kit and baffles.
Each exhaust system is designed and dyno tested
    in our facilities.
Our testing is done with the Harley Tuner's.
Every pipe is designed to increase low-end torque
    and horsepower.
Performance increases are about 8 to 10 percent on
stock motors but may very with built motors
with the proper tune on the bike.

I reckon ya spot on CF

Carbon it's only what Ando posted pretty much the same as RB Racing system, short of getting a set of guppy pipes made which could take up to 6 months there's not many options with larger down tubes.
But I think I agree with you and it's not what I in visage as a stepped header. My idea is 17/8" -2" part way down - 2 1/4" at collector -2 3/4" at the muffler.

The Zilla does seem to be a favorite with the USA boys but maybe thats the bagger gang.

I'm pushing 140hp thru mine, no issues. Similar torque also.
    On a Dyna.

I would have a zilla on my Softy but they just look crap on the Softies, on the dyna's they look cool
