For those that may be interested ... this Sunday   14 / 7 / 13 ... Car and Bike show on at Wembley rd. Logan ... more cars than Bikes usually but still not a bad turn out weather permitting .

The following Sunday   21 / 7 / 13 is the Cleveland Bike show ... formerly the Story Bridge Bike Show ... usually a pretty good cross section of the Bike riding fraternity ... must admit I preferred the Story Bridge Show , but seeing as though there are bugger all Bike only shows up these parts , then one can't be choosy .

 nah it use to be  the laverda con. show under the story bridge,its out at capalaba now went last year and it was a great turnout.

Yeah guys the Story Bridge Show is no more ... actually been a couple of years now and still is called the Laverda Concourse Show ... the blow in yuppies all around the bridge finally got their way and had it shut down ... others will try and be politically correct and say things like it out grew the location and had to find new digs but that's B.S.

I know someone who lives in those yuppie dwellings and who is a bike rider and loved it but he has informed me that he was asked to sign a petition for the last few years to get rid of those pesky Bike riders that disturbed the fine upstanding members of society for the massive 1 day a year ... he of course told them to Piss Off ... he doesn't get asked to any of their fine occasions , Lol .

The Cleveland Show grounds site is fine I suppose but does lack character ... no real sun cover to speak of ... and now of course charge to get in , which is fine as I don`t mind supporting a decent show ... always gave at the gold coin donation in previous years ... the boys in blue seem to have a far greater presence these last couple of years as well , not sure why .

If there seems to be a under current of bitterness in my post it is because there is ... I HATE yuppie toffee nosed do gooding wankers looking down there well off noses and getting their way ... Fuck em , and the B.M.W. ... Mercedes ... Town cars they dove in with .

PUNCTURE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF KNOWHERE. I WAS OFF THE MAIN ROUTE TO BE HELPED OUT BY THE TYRE TRUCK,BUT LUCKILY ME MATE LIVED NEARBY,AN HR AWAY.SO IN 2 HRS HE WAS BACK WITH THE TRAILER,OFF TO KINGAROY AND PUNCTURE FIXED.EASY.
