Is there anywhere in Melbourne area I can take my stock headers in for de CAT ing and do a nice tidy job.
A price or ball park figure would be great too.
Thinking of going back to a 2 into one system for my Fatbob I have the slip ons.
Always get asked by a EPA tested to see the Cat, which is a worry if I have to take it for sound testing.
Cheers.
try the local chinesse food shop they chop up cats & wok dogs , not walk dogs
be the same as a rabbit wouldn't it.
Put a little nick in their coat and blow the skim off with compressed air, works a treat
Ha,Ha.Ha, 4 out of 5 cat lovers fell into my evil trap,,,,,, Ha, Ha,,,,,,,, evil laugh.
I new it was going to be hard to resist,,,,, thanks Kiwi Dave, us Kiwis are so past animal cruelty we just love to make love to thing that go Bahhhhhhh.
but keep them cumming anyway lol (The sheep)

Hi there, I got a laugh outta the first few posts, but hey if I lived in Melbourne, I could have done it for you. I'm a welder by trade, and handy with a grinder and cutting discs. Can mig/tig just about anything.
can you tig a couple of cats back in................... then it would sound purrrrrfect
It said in the 2012 Dyna owners manual theres no cat for Australia models but there is the active flap valve , isn't that part of the CAT system???
It makes pips run hot in summer was getting pinging from the motor on 32dg up days.
I ran it with the valve open, the dealer did some thing that kept the vale open but still ran to hot.
Remember its a stock wideglide/Fatbob 2 into 1 system.
There's a lady on King Island that's good at gutting cats, she makes hats and stuff out of them after the ranger catches them! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/howaboutthat/2274696/The-grandmother-who-turns-cats-into-hats.html
Great answers guys,,, those systems are very heavy with slip ons and the bracket system to the gear box is a worry too.
Still thinking about which way to go.
But thanks for all your help I have a better understand about gutting the pussy in the pipe and the cat flap.
