Since having my stage 4 upgrade done on my 2012 fatboy 2 weeks ago,, I have had a LED tail light pack it in and now the welds on the ( V n H Big radius 2-1 ) exhaust heat shield have broken away . The extra vibration is in my mind the cause ,,,still shouldn't happen . Might be time to have the whole bike gone over and tightened up ..Anyone else had issues after engine upgrade with bits coming loose etc ,,if so what ?

maybe try a really good tune to smooth it out as much as possible

Im onto my second rear guard on my Wideglide.They keep cracking through the tail light mounting holes. Unsure whats causing it, but Harley reckon "never seen it before" ??
