Hi chaps (and ladies) hope theres room for an aging pom on here. Been working on and riding bikes for over 50yrs and still love them, in fact I think I am even more nuts than I was as a kid!
Welcome on board, all are welcome here.
Welcome aboard Bigbaz enjoy the ride, there's a few vintage models like us on here, Cheers bloke, Bahl.
Hi there, welcome BigBaz. What's your current ride?
Thanks for the welcomes, afraid I dont have a Harley yet but I will be buying a new Fatbob next year when I get paid out, I have fancied a Dyna for a while and when I saw Fatbob that was exactly what I need. But cant afford it until next spring.
I have a few bikes at the moment, all japs, I ride a Vmax the most
Been reading HD forums for a while sucking up the info, this one seems the best to me!
Weather is actually sunny here today but its been a crap summer so far, nothing new for england!
It doesn't matter what you ride, the main thing is that your're out there enjoying doing something that you love. Good luck with your next purchase, I'm sure you will have a blast.
Welcome from Aus .
Welcome
Thanks to all :-) Fatboy 2013 price here is £12695 which not bad really as many of the larger metric cruisers are around that price bracket, its still a hefty chunk of dosh though which is why I cant get mine until next year, hoping to get a bit of a deal as my youngest boy is hopefully going for a Vrod at same time, although he has been looking at the Victory Hammer S too.
I have been enjoying the tuning threads on here especially the 103 stage 4, excellent info so thanks to the boys on that thread, shingles is quite a character, made me smile !

Welcome bigbaz. My last bike was a 1996 Vmax with stage 3 jet kit among other mods. Loved that bike and still miss it. Was a member on the vmaxchat uk forum but haven't visited there for a long time. Missed the big vtwins so bought a fatty. All the best with your fatbob purchase but enjoy your Vmax !
Welcome Bigbaz , I ride an 2011 Dyna Suerglide Custom and absolutely love it ...ps I come from Brighton Sussex originally and got to admit I don't miss riding in the snow
I still enjoy a blast on the vmax, its stage 3 with manual vboost, had it so long its part of the scenery
Pastrypete, I think you made a wise choice when you moved mate, only reason I still like it is I live away from most of the problems, apart from the snow :-)
There's some really tasty Harleys in the picture sections on here!
Should read "they already do one for v-rod" poxy predictive text
