Hey fella's,I asked the question in another thread about Dyno tuners tuning with all different tuner brands...I was hoping people who have had Dyno's done could post up where the tuner is located and what brand of tuner was on there bike...Not asking about results or whether you were happy with them as we can all do our own research on that,I am just looking for locations and tuner brands...
Cheers...Sparra

I'm getting a set of Thunderheader 2-1 pipes put on my Harley Davidson Sportster Iron soon, its already been tuned and synched with the SE Super Tuner Pro after getting a SE Heavy Breather put on, was considering getting a dyno tune done at HH after the pipes are fitted? Will I need one with the new pipes? Whats the price for one and is there anywhere better to go and get it done, I'm located in Melbourne?
Okay great, I was going to get them to fit the pipes and a set of mid controls and the pipes, will they have a preset already made to sync up with my tuner and the pipes? Whether or not they do i was considering gettin the Dyno done while I was there but obviously that would cost extra and if they dont have a pre-set map for the pipes then they would have to do the dyno regardless to have my bike and pipes running right correct? sorry i don;t know alot when it comes to tuning, dynos ect. Where in Melbourne are you located?
I have only ever got one of my cars Dynoed, only because she was running triple webers and they were a bitch to get right. Personally I know zip about Dyno tuning, But hey I'm willing to learn. From all reports I have received Dyno on the bike is the way to go, If your required to map your tuner. However the Auto tuners map themselves using the factory O2 sensors to automatically adjust for changes in riding style or riding conditions. They'll even adjust for changes in exhaust and air intake. That last parts handy for me since I like changing Baffles around often. I actually disconnected the SERT on my bike so that I could run the auto tuner. I'm quite curious to see how they would both perform on a Dyno, a comparson say on the same bike.
Thanks for the invite dynoharley, I might take you up on that one day, To be honest I only bought the cruiser because I like cruising around the place. My actual first choice was a 2012 Hayabusa, but thinking about it, I'd either kill myself or lose my license. I really liked the lines of the VRSCF so the Muscle it was.
P.s. I would have to pay you something for the Dyno Comparison or perhaps barter my services (Fitter & Turner), just dislike people sponging off other people.
