Newbie, breaking bad

    G'day,

    Dirt and sports bikes my whole life, but have always - kinda sorta - longed for a H-D ever since a mate and I wagged classes in Yr12, went to a bike shop, and laid eyes on a new evo Springer. Took heaps of test rides over the years on various models, but never found the "right" H-D for me. Twenty-some years later and - with big thanks to Chopaweeza - I'll soon be having my own Back to the Future moment.

    Have lurked these forums for a couple years, so "Hi" and "Thanks" to all for your comments, insights, and general banter ... very useful!
