  I presume that means send a PM and in the Username to send to put the word Moderator ?

  but I cant do that either, nor start a post or load pics and this is the first time I have been able to reply as swell

  I had problems for a while, inserting Smilies and Pics, changed to Google Chrome problems disappeared.
