They started putting "made in usa" on stuff as there is a place in Japan called that, the Chinese are also good at copying, how long is it going to take them to do the same? lol.

My first time bleeding front brake. Used the 60ml Syringe and piece of rubber tube method. Pushed the fluid front the nipple up the cable into the reservoir. Did it on my own and whole job took 15min WOop WoOp...

Have had a similar problem on my 2010 FLSTFB. Replaced front brake line and ran new dot 4 through. Have run approx half a bottle through the line and sealed everything off but still no pressure in the lever. Calipers won't close. HELP PLEASE.

I have yet to bleed the brakes on my harley.

Are Harley's different do they need to be pressurised.

The method Ive used  on all my other bikes is by gravity bleed.

Yes It takes a little longer but works a treat when on ya own.

When ever I've done it it usually involves a complete replacement of fluid I usually do at least every 12 months.

Brake fluid aint that expensive when you think what its job is.

    Just my 2c.

    Cheers

not sure if its been mentioned in this thread but for the front brake you can also apply the brake lever and put a zip tie round it overnight holding the pressure in the line. Not lots of pressure but just a little.
The air bubbles will naturally find their way up to the top of the master cylinder above the diaphragm.
This only works on the front as the master cyl is higher than the caliper

I think it should still work with abs systems as abs valves halt the fluid from going to the caliper only when the ABS System tells them to, the rest of the time they are open and the fluid passes through to the calipers
