you would have to heat the head up  around the studbase  tap it on the head stud with a hammer  then turn it , you won't get it cold

the Aprilia rider might know of a good stud puller  for rednuts ,   i think he's done this before more  time's than once

I saw just recently a guy demonstrating a tool called a " Super Wrench " at a bike show

Came in a box with different sizes , and he was pulling studs out of heads and blocks etc

Kind of like advanced stilson wrenches
