Just wondering if anyone has seen bearings like this after 41,000 miles on a Fat Boy?

Also, any comments about the need to replace the pulley? The belt is in great shape.

    Thanks

    Wow, that's ugly!!

For the cost of a sprocket, I'd be replacing it. It's a wonder the belt isn't chewed up....they must be tough little buggers!

This is trail damage after 41,000 miles across Vietnam. I was always concerned about my front end, and that checked out with no problem. The rear fork bearings were a surprise.

This is the second pulley. I replaced previously when it looked almost this bad. A guy here in the US showed me a pulley off a big inch motor with teeth worn to a point! These belts are tough, but I'll change for that piece of mind.

    Thanks
