G'day fellas ,I've just purchased a set of forward controls for my wide glide finally, tho I have heard that I may need to install an aftermarlet rear brake line, is this true?..I have searched around and cant find a definate answer, also what length would it be from new master cylinder to rear caliper as I'm on site at the minute , would like to try and source one so  it's all there  when I get home for the install.

Any suppliers would be bloody helpful aswell guys.

    Cheers.

yeah, thanks fellas, I hopefully got it sorted, got the oldman to run a tape over it for me while I'm away, ordered through easy rider austalia , forgot about the a.b.s system, any luck they should be bolted up next week...

I thought wide glides had forwards on them as standard. Usually it's a solid rod that links the pedal to the master cylinder on the rear. Applies to all dyna wideglides with/without ABS. If it's a rod it should be a readily available part.

All sorted, they bolted up n looks sweet, needed a 40in brake line as new controls had master cylinder incorporated, bit of stuffing around to get something to fit the abs unit, tho a flat banjo bolt done the trick and ran the brake line around that rear of unit, went out yesty and worked sweet, also added progressive 430s on the back and more than happy with them ..
