My mate Scrubby from over the road just had a mate pass away at age 86, he left this for Scrub and he has asked me to make a couple of copies to show/send to his mates. Heres a couple of pics.

 

Not sure what the signifigance of the $1 note is but it is in mint condition, first one he got maybe?

Love the old manuals, they had style, I do the same thing with notes, put them in books here and there, just keeps them flat.

 Very nice indeed, the old manuals were works of art very collectable item.

On the dollar note if it is a bit worn it could be worth $30, if it has something unusual about it it could be worth up to $3'000.

If it is uncirculated (that is if he got it from the bank and stuck it straight into that manual) and it is in mint condition it could be worth $475, if there is something unusual about it it could be worth more than $11'000.

If you take it to a bank they will give you a dollar for it.
