Sorry to drag up an old thread, but can anyone else comment on the performance of these types? I love the look of them but am concerned about any performance degradation...

I love em. Love the ride the look and I feel safer on them (personal view). No degradation in performance to me, but I am a pretty conservative rider.

Cool, good to hear! I love the look of them as well. I'm moving back to Aus form the US in a couple of months and the E270s are $80 here... thinking I should bring some back

Whitewall with a tribal pattern or motif in the white part - now that would be a one-off look.
