Is there anyway to brighten up the headlight on a 2013 Night Rod? Be better off holding a candle up than the standard one

Nah...bit more than that. Need to install the HID control gear (Ballasts, wiring).
    But....it's not difficult...and it's WELL worth it.
I think the two kits you'll need are about $25.00 each (from memory).

For now I've gone with a bulb change. Narva H11 Blue+90 for the low beam, but my backs fucked at the moment and I havent had a chance to see what its like at night yet. Later in the week I should be able to see. Then depending on what its like I'll either go HID or just change the high beam globe as well.

l've done 3x HID conversions on 3 DX's 55watt turns night -day (a little bullshit there) well worth the effort then even went as far as one on my old FLH as well

The Dx kits were from bright light auto's in Ferntree Gully Victoria and were supposed to be bike kits but still needed to be modded a little. l still used the factory headlight bucket and used the inside of the airbox and it all looks neat and tidy. The FLH one was a 35 watt kit l found on E Bay for about $40.00 and l mounted it all in the headlight bucket.Hope this helps.Cheers
