G'Day All

Have been customising a 2006 lowrider and the battery has been disconnected for about 18 months.  Now that things are going back together I find I have no blinkers, no indicator (dash) lamps and the starter will not kick.  I have checked cabling for shorts and correct switching and all seems good.  Does the TSSM shit itself if disconnected from power for any length of time?
