Hello all

I have a 2007 Sportster XL883L with stock wheels and tyres - D401 19" Front, and D401 16" Rear.

Can anyone tell me if I can run a D402 16" Rear on my bike.

Look pretty much the same to me in size, tread, etc.

All I can determine so far is that the D401 is Dunlop stock tyre for Cruisers, and the D402 is Dunlop stock tyre for Touring bikes.

My questioons are ....

1. will the D402 fit my Sporty, and

2. will make any difference (better or worse) to the ride, handling etc.

Would appreciate any advice.
