Hello all, after a bit of working out, I had less money to spend than I thought and essentially I wanted atm anyway just a medium increase of power to my Harley so originally I had a 2011 (bought brand new) Fatboy Lo (96). What I have done to it is upgrade the engine to a 103 and put a stage 2 on the bike with a Supertrapp 2:1 supermegg pipe with heavy duty air filter, race tuner and progressive suspenion.

At the end of the day I have ~88HP and (assuming I got this right) ~106 foot pounds of torque. I am curious in terms of stage 2 kits + 103klts does that sound reasonble for the work and kit that I have had done to the bike. Thanks all for any feedback.

Hey Ando, I cant post the dyno sheet until later, their PC was having issues at the dealership so I will have to post that once I have a copy. But there is a list of the stuff that was in the stage 2 (I am currently only just learning about the mechanical side of things but this is a 103 and stage 2 kit for my bike, the dealership (head mechanic) told me what the HP and Torque is):

    Can Service Gasket Kit 1450/1
    KIT-Stage 2 1690 Race/Black
    KIT-Tappet, S.E./Twin Cam
    KIT-Cam Bearing ASY,TC96
    KIT-Compensator
    KIT-Cylinder Stud, TC88
Gasket KIT, TC CYL Head, SE
    EXH Supermegg 2:1
Machine Barrells, Clamp Hose, END Cap, S/Trapp Open 4"

PS-The bike already has been ridin in and its been tuned on the dyno

Here is the Dyno sheet, the Blue is before stage 2 +103 kit and the Red is after Stage 2 + 103 Kit and Dyno Tune. The light coloured blue and red are the HP and the dark coloured blue and red are the Torque.

if you stick andrews 57h or even 54s you will maintain the torque and get close to 100HP

    Gottaa be happy though

My bike is setup the same as yours including cam except I have big radius and it was tuned on the Dyno by Maztech, HP 97 TQ 119 the torque drops off pretty quickly from about 4500 but fuk it gets up there quick.

Hey Mickle, That is a noticeable difference in Torque and HP compared to my setup, Does the Big Radius make that big difference (12 extra HP and Torque) I see or is it also in part where/who tuned it?

The difference is in who tuned it, Ant at Maztech in Preston is a highly sought after tuner, he is a member on this forum (Buznuts) give him a ring, good bloke to talk to.
