The values are what has been stored in the ECU form riding the bike. As time progresses the ECU stores the AFR's for each cylinder so that it maintains the optimum AFR for any rev and load range. When you upload a Map then the values should be cleared so the ECU can learn the values for the new map. It is not a biggy but it would be preferential for the values to be cleared.The ECU will adjust to the new Map a lot quicker that is all. With the TTS it is done every time a map is loaded.. You should be able to ride your bike anyway, but if you wanted you could reload the map and clear the values out.
