well dads army still kicking Butt!

yesturday in street bike class @ western Sydney Dragway with 18 bikes entered & Japans finest sports bikes in there daddyracer56 on a Frazers wide glide with 120R motor in the final with another Frazers Bike only a Young fit Hayden Smith riding it, daddyracer56 got beat by a cunt hair 0.001 of a second but he did 10.3 seconds & wait for the trap speed  145MPH trap speed thats 230KPH in metric

so with about 6 harleys and one Buell ( i was on the Buell and a sorry first round looser LOL )the rest jap sports bike but one Triumph & a Hosung 650.

That  bloke has as many broke bones as Evil Knevill and still doing it! well done Bob! fuck 145MPH on a stock frame wide glide with a warn out rear Dunny tyre, that's the way to do it!! no bells no wistles just a good stock wide glide with 120R

    good on you!

Yeh thats a great speed! & no fluke as he ran 144mph a few times before the 145MPH in final, with better set up it would do 9's no trouble and no aids like no ignition or fuel cut out switchs on gear shift no wheelie bar, thats not how daddyracer56 does it he is just a great rider with a love of motorcycles especialy if they go fast.

would have to ask daddyracer Burzi, but that bike would be good for some high speeds, as he would have still been in 4th gear maybe 5th, forgot to ask, but its a 6 speed with those speeds i could not even guess at the horspower that bike is producing & its horsepower that gets you to high speeds Torque thrusts you forward so the bike is tunned for HP more than TQ as normally a HD that does 145MPH would do low 9's, but a jap bike doing 145MPH would do low 10's as the HD would have high TQ & Jap bike high HP lower TQ  but would expect 160hp or more here just guessing as a bike that weight? and stock HD wheels stock Fuel tank. but speed week i think on that bike wide open daddyracer56 would blow off b4 top speed LOL

cheers fantastic job to all involved!

Nice one Daddyracer, Wouldn't mind seeing a pic of your bike you did 145Mph on.
It's a great effort, perhaps you'll kick his arse next time.

hi,  i have too change to 57 now i'am a bit older,   the bike is a beauty she is not mine but i love her, the bike belongs to Frasers motorcycles she is on her  3rd season now  touch wood has not had the heads off for a freshen up & going faster every time @ the last race meeting before this one 3 weeks ago  i qualified 3rd out of 18 bikes inc R1 Yamaha's , Hayabusa & a older Honda roadracing superbike but was top qualified MPH @ 139.88  the 2nd bike was the honda @ 139.25 mph well @ this meeting she qualified 4th @ 10.3  @ 144.6 mph but ran in the race 145.25 mph , i ride with no tacko or shift light not like the other bike's out there i ride by the seat of my pants  on stock harley tyres, the Honda was on roadracing slicks i beat him in qualifying straight up win @ 144,3 mph he qualified 5th ,   she has taken a few people by suprise  the last meeting she was doing 118mph in the 1/8th mile @ half track that was faster than most Harleys in the 1/4 mile except for 1 that's  the other fraser dyna bike  there are now 3 bike's in the team 1 black dyna w/glide 120R , 1 dyna streetbob 120R, & a new 72 Sportster with white walls looks neat she was doing 123mph  2nd time out,  i'am glad that Frasers let me race there bike's & do set-up as i could not afford it , well @ my age i'am just happy the race & keep the young boys honest, cheers

the bike i race  run's  on vp race fuel as the comp is a bit high, apart from the 120R S/Eagle kit into the stock crankcases the bike is stock even the tyres & still on the original rear belt, & i 'am still smiling from Saturday  as that was my own  Aus record i broke as the fastest all harley davidson ever stock framed wheel's even on stock tyre's what the bike comes with new ,    i hold the track S/Eagle record on a modified dyna 124 c.i. @ 9.961 sec @ 135.6 mph, but this S/Eagle harley went 145 mph, the other 2 bike's  in the team run's on pump gas
