    Hi Guy's.

I've had a Bad Back for years Seems riding my 98 sporty could be making it worse.

Just wondering if anyone else has got the same problem.

I have forward controls maybe change to standard pegs might help.

Anyone out there have had the same problem what did you do to fix it.

    Any ideas appreciated.

    Hazy.

I have had a dodgey back ever since a bad prang years ago, nearly stopped me riding untill I discovered the Dianese back protector with built in Kidney belt. Greatest invention since sliced bread.

Makes riding a lot more tolerable and less painfull. Give one a try, it can't hurt.

    Good luck.

Iv'e been suffering with Spondylolysis for years & have been in constant pain for over 20 years but have been able to tolerate it i'm just used to it I suppose.

For riding I got myself a kidney belt with magnets in it & it has helped a lot, also the last couple of months I have been getting Acupuncture treatment & it's amazing the difference it's made for me it really works I don't wake up with a sore back like I did everyday before.

I have had 2 ops on L4/5 and the best remedy I have come across is to strengthen core muscles (Pilates is good) and  acupunture.  I now ride a FATBOB, I can feel my core muscles working but they don't worry me any, the only time the back bothers my on the bike is on shitty bumpy roads.

My last bike was a Roadstar and it played merry hell with my back because of the upright riding position.
