This time Iv'e got something new for the Primary,, New for the Bikes that I do.

Im using a BDL EVB Kit, These are a Inclosed Belt Drve Kit that you use with your Stock Primary Covers, The EVB replaces the Chain Drive with a Rubber Belt,  There a geat system the only problem you get with them is that the Heat from haveing the Belt Inclosed in the Primary course's them to fale after a years or so,

They realy need to be vented to make the Belt last. So Iv'e cut up my Primary Cover, Very happy with it, It's going to look very cool once I get it Powder Coated to match with the rest of what Im doing with the Bike over all

I had a BDL enclosed belt break on my pan not long ago, I did drill the inspection plate, but maybe that was not enough. I could see no apparent reason for the breakage, maybe heat was the killer. belt had done around 500km.

Your set up looks good, always enjoy your final results.

Just go my Sprocket and Brake Rotors back from having some groves machined in to them, I was going to use OE Style Rotors and Sprocket but they just didn't look right, so I changed over to Solid Style and got the groves cut in to match the Rear Wheel Cover,,,,Now it's of the the Chromers to get the Replated and Polished

I will be running bdl enclosed belt on my bike too. I have heard of this overheating problem from a few of the other guys on here. My plan was to machine up spacers for the inspection cover mounting bolts to go through. Try and make a gap of 10-15mm between the outer primary cover and inspection covers. I'm hoping this will work!!! May even consider making some un-noticable holes through the inner primary cover. Sweet build as always Walka!

Got the Engine back last night,, Came out perfict , I m glad I got Gunna to tear it down and check it, The Cam had a few marks in it that he wasn't happy about so he fitted a new one , also new Pushrods as well as Cam Bearings, We changed all the Bolts to Chrome, I also fitted a New Ultima R1 Carbie,, Ultima Ignition an Air Cleaner I picked up from Moon when I was in Japan. and toped of with fresh coat of HD Winkle Paint.

The Rocker Boxes that Luke at Gwork it for me look right at home on it
