Man that seems like a truck load of mods and cash to ekk out a few extra HP.

Why not just bolt on a turbo and be done with it? That way way the engine is basically stock yet make 140+ HP. I am getting 1.375 HP/CI of engine which is not quite the 1.5HP/CU i want but close enough to keep me smiling.

Yeah...I did leave out the Turbo bit I suppose...lol

I'm a turbo man rather than a cubes/head/compression type. I think its because I'm too lazy.

Sure have...Just removed my Aerocharger system (I blew the unit up through too much boost so its back off getting repaired). Will get it reinstalled over winter ready for a long summer of riding.

They are so much easier to deal with when compared to all the other work etc...

Hi dynoharley, enjoying this read and the forum certainly benefits from input like yours.

Can I ask what mods you recommend to the Vance and Hines 2-2 big radius exhaust? I love these pipes but took them off due to noise and what I thought was lack of performance too. Played with baffles quite a bit too.

Also, what part of western vic are you in?

Thats a darn impressive set of curves! i have one for mine, but its not smooth as she is not tuned fully and I run her really fat just to protect me at the top end.

those 107's on the 4" stroke are over square, what do you think the difference is with the longer stroke 107

guess that's a major set back with buying a set of off the shelf heads, they wont give up the detailed info in an effort to prevent the opposition gaining the info.

Haven't ridden it yet, got the PV with widebands rigged up just to get the low down in the ballpark, so I can ride it to the dyno.
So, no updates at this stage.
Got other bike project on the go atm.
