Hi Guys,

I've put two post up already but never got around to introduce myself. I'm Goldy, I'm 27 and live near Gawler in South Australia.

I brought my first Harley in NSW when I was in the Army. Its a 1973 Sportster with a rigid frame, raked wide glide forks, bobbed tanks and guards, solo seat and a worked 1000cc electric start motor. After a long time being neglected in the shed when I lived on the farm (wouldn't ride down the dirt road) I'm finaly getting to put it back on the road. I know nothing about bikes so a good mate with heaps of experiance is helping me when he comes back from the shack in a month.

I work full time in the defence industry as a sheet metal worker. I finished my apprenticeship in july 2012 and also won the 2013 SA Group Training Apprentice of the Year. before that I worked as a signalman in the Army for 4 yrs.

Some other things I enjoy is keeping fit. I do this by training in muay thai (Kick Boxing) and competitive wood chopping including being in the SA state team. On quiet times I like to get out and have a fish mainly lures and fly fishing or a round of golf. I have only just started golf and I'm shit...

@Tim - I will do, But it wont be until the end of the year till I can join in. I'm currently doing a full rebuild on the bike.
