I tell ya what Tassie has the better fucken rules about vehicles and road use than any other state as far as I can fathom, It's a cold wet prick of a place at times and I hate that about it, but you can ride at 10% above the designated speed with out getting booked, there are no such things as RWCs unless your trying to register a vehicle that has no rego, no RWC required to transfer rego, they have got it right down here and it should be Oz wide, aways back so I am told the government investigated the need to introduce mandatory RWCs and it was found that less than 1% of vehicles involved in accidents were unroadworthy and to introduce RWCs was not financially viable basically they decided it was a waste of tax payers money, all I can say is onya Tassie.
They don't hassle you about loud pipes either, so catch a ride on spirit one or two and twist the ear off your bitch, you'll also find that the east coast advertises itself as motorcycle friendly and they are, and I've always got room for a nite or two unless I don't fucken like ya, haha.
