I know it's a couple of months away but put this one in your diarys lads and lasses, a great ride for those of us from the WA HD Forums.

This ride is open to anyone and everyone on a motorbike, I'm guessing most of us have been all over Perth and WA riding but I doubt many of us have rode on Garden Island. I know I haven't!

All money raised will go to Legacy, please check the link out and you will understand why $20 and some coins is a small price to pay for what all of us owe to these families http://www.legacy.com.au/

I'll be there, shaking my tin and hopefully collecting some money from the generous HD riders of Perth.

I took my camera but forgot to charge the bloody thing so only have a couple of photos, these 2 are when we pulled up in Kwinana what a friggin great turn out!

Approximately 450 bikes plus pillions, that is just fantastic! We had hoped for 200 maybe if we (and Legacy) were lucky even 300 but the WA riders really turned out in force to support the 15th Legacy ride.

To those who were there a BIG thank you, to those who couldn't make this time the 16th Legacy ride is only a year away and well worth joining us as it was a great day that you missed.

Once I know the final figure $ raised for Legacy I'll post it up.

A cheque for $16k was handed to Legacy on Saturday, a fantastic amount of money for a very worthwhile charity.

Yeah LucKyLick, we really didn't expect such a great turn out so we have learn't some lessons for the future.

We had a wash up meeting to work out what we could do better, several idea's were raised one being to make sure the RSL have more staff along with possibly setting up another bar.

If the weather is as good next year then we can only see this getting bigger, which is what we want so we have to make sure we stay ahead of the game.

Yeah our cook's a good "un" so the food went quick and we also sent out for more! We have a couple of ideas to address this for next year so that there is enough.

Re the traffic, we didn't want to involve the cops however given the route out of the meet up perhaps we should have done. Next year we are going to change the start of the route to make it easier.
